She specialises in corporate and commercial law, corporate governance consulting, regulatory compliance and policy. She serves on various public sector and private sector boards. She was admitted to practice as an attorney in 1988, has more than 30 years’ experience and holds B.Proc from Unisa –1983); LLB degree from Wits-1986) and an MBA from Thames Valley University (UK), a Certificate in Advanced Alternative Dispute Resolution. As Chairman Puli provides strategic direction, leadership and guidance to the firm. In this role she is responsible for driving the firm’s growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities and building a brand identity.

LLB UNIN - Litigation DirectorTintswalo is a Commercial Litigation Partner at Moloto Stofile and has eleven years legal experience. She holds a LLB Degree from the University of the North- 2005, and has recently qualified as an Arbitrator. She has vast experience in representing clients in court, advising private and public sector clients on various aspects of the Law. She is also a managing partner and is jointly responsible for the day to day running of the office, human resource management, and general administration.

LLB (Wits) - Litigation DirectorNontokozo is the Commercial Litigation Partner at Moloto Stofile with close to 10 year’s legal experience. She was admitted to practice in 2009 and holds an LLB Degree from Wits 2008. She has a Certificate in Commercial Law Training, Legal debt collection and Civil Mediation. She leads both the Personal Injury and Insurance claims teams and specialises in high court and magistrates court litigation, dispute resolution, advisory services and arbitrations. She is also a managing partner and is jointly responsible for the day to day running of the office, human resource management, and general administration.

He hold a LLB Degree conferred by the University of Limpopo in 2010 and was admitted as an attorney in 2012.

B Prok Unin - Associate PartnerLebogang is a property lawyer, who has extensive experience in conveyancing in addition she also has experience in defending personal injuries claims at the Magistrates and High Courts, debt collection, enforcement of contracts, and employment and labour law. She hold a B Prok from the University of the North, and was admitted to practice as an attorney in 2012.
